Brazil Santos Coffee
These coffee beans are hand harvested and dry processed; the dry process method involves drying the cherries, and removing the beans once the cherries are dried. This process adds a slight fruity flavor to the coffee, resulting in a heavy, sweet, and complex brew.
Brazil 'Moreninha Formosa' Coffee
These plots are located right outside the cities of Serra de Salitre, Minas Gerais, and Cerrado Mineiro; it is the specific and prime location where this amazing coffee is grown. The coffee trees in this region flourish at 3,900ft; at these elevations, slower growing trees produce more intensely flavored gourmet coffee beans.
Brazil Cerrado Coffee
This Brazilian coffee is harvested on the Santana Estate in the Cerrado region of Brazil. A tropical savanna perfect for cultivating specialty-grade coffees. The coffee here is grown at 2,950-3,100 feet, and this particular crop is composed of 80% Mundo Novo and 20% Yellow Catuai varietals.
